HNQ is committed to the health and safety of employee’s day in and day out. The management of HNQ is totally committed to the policy of betterment of each and every employees of the company. We have a team of dedicated Safety team and supervisor team who constantly keep a close eye to prevent any sort of undesirable events in site. They also implement safe systems of work such as Risk Assessments, Job Safety Analyses, HSE Plans and safety procedures. We have regular training programs for our staff members and frequently recognize our employees by conducting safety campaigns.

The effectiveness of the occupational Health & Safety Management System is reflected in our excellent safety statistics. The safety team of the company use Performance Indicators to help our company to measure our progress towards our safety goals.

The key elements of our HSE policy are as follows.

1. To comply with all existing regulations set by Saudi Arabian government regarding occupational Health and Safety as well as environmental protection.
2. No job is so important and no service is so urgent that it cannot take time to perform the work safely.

5. Every staff members must ensure the safety and protection of him and the individuals associated with his activities from accidents which may cause any injury or death.
6. Through proper training, planning and compliance with all safety standards, procedures, work practices, all undesirable incidents causing injuries and damage can be prevented.

HSE Officers are present onsite to ensure the correct safety information to all the employees and to monitor the work force during each project. Some of the ways in which we do this are by giving safety talks, implementing training programs, carrying out HSE audits and assisting line management with HSE related problems onsite.
